He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. "arrived 30 min. after I called. got the job done. didn,t nickle and dime me with up charges. I will use them again if I need plumbing. I had a service call with one of the frequent media advertised plumbing companies. That company messed up the appointment I thought I made the night before and wound up waiting 7 -8 hours for them to show up. The repair wound up being the equivalent of replacing a washer on an outside hose bib. 10 min of actual work cost over $400. Lions had to pull the toilet to clear the main drain clog. The main cleanout was under a crawlspace and there was not enough room to get equipment in. When he went outside to try to find a space to install an outside cleanout, we found one buried under a foot of topsoil. he dug the area out and extended the pipe upwards and put a cover on it that was marked Sewer. "Angels with wrenches and pipes! Very professional and knowledgeable. It began with a very stressful situation the night before and I had no clue who to call. My children had to take my husband for surgery very early in the morning while I had to stay home and figure out what to do about the water not draining in the kitchen sink. "Around midnight our septic decided to backup into the shower so you could say this really qualified as an emergency situation. During the night I left a message with All Around Septic and Construction and I promptly received a phone call at 7:00 am from Brandon. I had left a pretty good and detailed description of the issues. He let me know what he thought was wrong and what it would cost. Then he said he would be out to our home in the next 30 to 45 minutes. Yea Brandon!! He showed up in time and fixed our issues. I would definitely hire Brandon and this company again. "We recently hired Pure home remodeling to remodel our kitchen. The kitchen remodeling included new design, all the upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel double sink, large island, new paint, new electrical light fixtures and hardwood floor. On top of the kitchen remodeling project, we also decided to remodel our 2 walk-in closets by replacing all the existing shelfs with a complete custom designed ones in both of them. During the work, Lorenzo was our project manager and he visited our house on a daily basis, making sure that all the involved workers will complete the daily tasks without any mistakes. More than that, he made sure that the promised budget will remained the same even though we have few modifications due to unexpected issues that came up during the work.
