"My experience with Kieth Croft and Plumbing Tree was fantastic. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN A HEARTBEAT! Sunday evening about 7:30 pm we came home to our house leaking water in the basement. It was leaking in from two sides of our house. Checked all the pipes, etc nothing was showing any issues. So frantically calling many plumbers with little hope they would come out at 8:30 on a Sunday evening Kieth answered his phone. He said "I know what the issue is" you text me your address and I will get dressed and be at your house in 15 minutes. Wow! Felt like I just won the lottery! :) As promised he was at my house in 15 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the issue and turned off the water line at the street. Leaking water stopped shortly thereafter. Next day (Martin Luther King Holiday) Kieth had a crew at my house ready to work at 9:00 sharp. By 3 in the afternoon they had my broken water line fixed (replaced pipe was thick copper pipe) and all cleaned up just as if nothing had ever happened. Plumbing Tree will have my business forever because Kieth took the time and helped me when I needed help the most. The plumbers that I reached said they could make an appt for the next day!
