"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. "When I called for service they had immediate availability and I appreciated the polite service that I received when I made the call. They came out exactly when they said, the worker was polite and thorough while explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did their best to clean up the mess. We did have some cleaning to do after they left but unclogging two bathroom sinks is a messy job. I would highly recommend John Henry’s plumbing."
