"I got a quote from Craig on a Monday and he and his team were able to start work the following Wednesday.  Craig was always good with communication (I emailed many questions to him and he was always prompt in his response).  He gave me the quote for all the labor and some materials.  All I had to do was purchase tile, which I was happy with because I'm a bargain hunter with a good eye for detail and for deals!  So I purchased my tile and told him I was ready to go.  
He and his team showed up promptly on the first day and got to work.  The old fiberglass tub/shower was a beast, but they got it out without demolishing any other part of the bathroom or house.  They had to move my plumbing around, move the drain, pour a floor, install backerboard, drywall the ceiling, in addition to tile. I chose a white subway tile with an accent while Craig brought a marble shelf, seat, and  threshold.  The marble matched perfectly and I absolutely love it!  The tiling is beautiful and my new showerhead/handle looks gorgeous inside of it.  The toilet was a last minute add on, but they installed it with ease, even installing the satin nickel handle that was on my old toilet onto the new one.
The guys worked nine hour days and were nice and professional.  Craig was always easy to contact.  I've already recommended him to everyone I know.
