"Robert arrived early and explained what he found quite clearly. He offered me options and was prepared when the cause for my flooded basement proved more complicated than I thought. Iâ m so happy to have found a personable and skilled plumber in the midst of storm season. I will use them any time I have plumbing issues."

"My dishwater was not working anymore and the error message showed it was a plumbing issue. Anthony from Mike Council Plumbing was my technician. He did a full check on both the pipes and the dishwater and was able to diagnose that it was the dishwasher not the plumbing. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the issues in detail. If things break, I will ask to have him back on the job. Extremely professional and very continuous with all the Covid protocols. Great service!!!"

"I came home on New Year's Day to discover a puddle under my water heater! Well, it wasn't a total shock; the thing was 25 years old. I called Water Heater Masters that night; they were closed, but I left a message requesting an estimate and continued making calls. The next day, Matt called me back at 7am (I might not have been entirely awake...) and quoted me a price of $1050 for a 40 gallon Bradford White professional-grade heater. That was $300 cheaper than the next closest estimate by a licensed plumber, so I jumped on it. Will was here by 8am and done by 9:20. He was punctual, professional and friendly, and the work looks great so far!

"Jay and his crew came through for us. The original plumber that diagnosed and quoted us to cut out, remove and replace our secondary waste line couldnâ t work on it until next week and was charging a lot more. I decided to look around and found Jay Cruz and Precise Plumbing that night. Jay called me the next morning, told him the work that needed to be done and how much the other plumber was charging. After speaking to Jay, he seemed honest, knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He quoted me way less than what the plumber was charging and told me they could get it done today. So I ended up going with them and was glad I did. They came and knocked out the job in a few hours. His crew member Alan was also nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Best part was that Jay charged me even lower than what he quoted me earlier that day. Jay and Precise Plumbing saved the day for me and my family. I now have an honest and trustworthy plumber that I can go to for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing."

"Mr. Costello called to discuss the project quickly after I reached out through Home Advisor. He gave me a quote over the phone. We scheduled an appointment to do the work soon after. His technician was knowledgeable, courteous and quick to complete the work. We are extremely happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to call again for other plumbing needs."

"Plumbing 1 builders was the perfect team to come and help us with our needs. We got a full hardware replacement for our shower. They were quick and on time when it came to the quote process. They offered us the most competitive price in our area, while also being the most professional with the overall process. They didn’t try to upsell us on anything or spook us about our current set up, which did happen with other plumbers who came to give us a quote. They were quick and professional with the work as well. Everything exceeded my expectations in terms of execution. On top of that, they caught a weird error that was done by the builders and went out of their way to find a solution. We will most definitely reach out to them for any plumbing needs going forward!"
