"The day before Thanksgiving the kitchen faucet hose and garbage disposal broke. We turned off the water and wondered how we would have a holiday. HomeAdvisor provided the names of screened plumbers with fantastic reviews. We chose Jay and are glad we did. Within minutes of posting Jay called. We sent pix of the problem and he provided an estimate. Jay is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and got the work done quickly. Excellent customer service. "I hired Michael To Repair a few plumbing items at my shop in the Washington Park area. He was available the day I called and was on time to his appointment. The price he quoted was fair compared to the other quotes I was given by previous plumbers I called out . I hired him the same day and he was finished with in what I considered a reasonable amount of time for what he did. I had an issue with my back flow device that another plumber wasn't able to fix and he fixed it easily. I ended up paying exactly what he originally quoted me so that was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this plumbing business ."
