"This company knocks it out of the park! Steve swapped out a defective faucet for a new one but it was no easy job since the faucet is located in a very tight space. He stuck with it, however, with no complaints. He displayed great attention to detail and even cared enough to label our water and gas line in our basement for ease of use in the future. He also replaced a shut-off valve under the sink that had a slight drip due to age and pointed out what the code would require of our dish washer hook-up. To me, this indicates he really cares about his work and has a desire to do his job well and satisfy his customers.
