The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. He called daily to let us know exact arrival time, never assumed he knew how we wanted things ( he asked about everything, every measurement and placement before doing the work), he was meticulous about everything and the results were perfection. The bathroom looks beautiful and really improves the value of the space.
