Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. "Had him replace both shower handle fixtures in our house. Both were leaking badly. He advised that we could repair both of them but it wouldn t be a permanent thing because of their age and they could last a year or ten years. But he couldn t guarantee how long. So we had him put new ones in. Gave us a great price and did an awesome job. Was clean and courteous. Left the bathrooms as clean as when he started.👍🏻👍🏻"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
