More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. We did a bathroom remodel, he was the only bidder who got down on the floor and looked under the sink while he bid it, and discovered I had a weird plumbing situation back there, which he recommended we change, and we did. One in particular, a 3/4 shower wall and opening the shower up to the ceiling in a tiny bathroom. It was simple but made a major difference in aesthetics as well as allowing the steam to dissipate quicker. We could not be happier. The tile work in both bathrooms is lovely and well done. Alvin and his crew were good at working clean. They used roll-out cardboard protection for our floors, hanging plastic sheeting to help keep dust down. They stayed on the job until it was done. It was a lot of work and we felt it was done within a reasonable time. Always have a final walk-through."
