Whenever I called I either got a real live person to speak with or when I left a message I received a return call within an hour. "The house that we live in is very old and the plumbing is a constant problem. It started with our shower leaking and none of the big name companies would touch it, saying that we need to replace the old galvanized pipes throughout the entire house, which of course we could not afford. After learning about Shayne from a neighbor, he quoted us a price that was surprisingly affordable and the repairs, which were quite extensive took only a few hours. He has since, done multiple repairs, including replacing a toilet and repairing multiple leaks. Their work is thorough, clean done in a timely manner. It’s a family run business and his wife does an excellent job of scheduling and is great at communicating and customer service. I highly recommend Shayne and his company for all of your plumbing repair needs!"
