It took a while to get started, due to incorrect glass doors and then a damaged shower pan. we had to wait additional time for replacements. At least Bob noticed the glass problem before they started, so we didn't have construction on pause. The work, when finally completed, was top notch and just what we wanted! The construction foreman was very helpful in determining where to install the grab bars and even put extra 2x4 blocks in the wall for anchor points. "The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). "Let me preface this by saying that I rarely write a review, good or bad. However, the service provided by John was outstanding. I had been shopping around for a repair for a tankless water heater. I had a number of techs out to my home, from other largely known plumbing companies, who stated the repair would cost $3,000+. Not only that, one of them told my wife my tankless water heater should last for years. However we should just consider replacing it for $4,300+. Not sure why that makes sense. All of this was until John came over and said he could repair it for around $1,000. Not only was this a much better deal, he was actually able to repair it for less than that. He was honest and fair. If you are tired of the bullshit associated with commission based sales, where these techs attempt to up sell to a maximum pay day, I would call John. If he tells you that you need something, I would take that as fact. He will not try to oversell the situation. He will get you what you need, and that is all you will have to worry about."
