"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. It is a known fact that electricians,plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. "Very well. Steve (Estevan) Paz is a really great guy, who performed with honesty, integrity, and flexibility even in the face of some difficult challenges. In our case, Paz was obligated to work with our established plumber and under a tight deadline. Things did not always go smoothly due to the other contractors/vendors involved (we purchased our own marble tile), but Steve stayed the course and never gave up on providing quality service. The results speak for themselves. We will be writing an even more glowing review after 1 - 10 years of leak-less showering. I would highly recommend Paz and his Finishing Touches to anyone on a civilian budget who wants to receive maximum value, commitment, and flexibility from a (tile) contractor. As a side note, Mr Paz should in the future partner with (or subcontract) a full-service plumber to make coordination seamless."
