"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "They said one day, took five! Sales said no raw edges, there were lots of raw edges,! The plumber changed hot and cold water taps direction, hard to get used to! I got yelled at for saying that I was not satisfied. They mostly fixed the problem of the raw edge with some edging. It took so long because their installers did not know they had to match lines, and not scratched material! All and all was a very unhappy installation but the end project looks ok!"

"The repairmen was very professional and experience in his craft, I was shocked at how fast they responded to my request. It is a known fact that electricians,plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."

"I own a Real Estate Transaction Management Company and have used Guys Unlimited for all our clients for years. The clients have always been happen with there work & expertise. They take pride in the work they do in helping people, no short cuts, warrant the work they do. I had to use them on my personal home this weekend for the water heater. They had to call Santos the plumber from there team. Santos came over looked at all the piping and water heater, he informed, a new water heater was needed and he would replace all the piping. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the damage that was done on the water heater. Also, showed me that if I would of let this go another couple of days we could of had a fire, he should the wiring, where it had already tried to burn through the casing. They removed the existing water heater, cleaned everything up and installed the new one, replaced all piping and filled the water heater and tested it several times to make sure there would be know problems. They did an excellent job, professional all the way through. They are the only people I would call for my clients, as well as myself. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend."

"Very well. Steve (Estevan) Paz is a really great guy, who performed with honesty, integrity, and flexibility even in the face of some difficult challenges. In our case, Paz was obligated to work with our established plumber and under a tight deadline. Things did not always go smoothly due to the other contractors/vendors involved (we purchased our own marble tile), but Steve stayed the course and never gave up on providing quality service. The results speak for themselves. We will be writing an even more glowing review after 1 - 10 years of leak-less showering. I would highly recommend Paz and his Finishing Touches to anyone on a civilian budget who wants to receive maximum value, commitment, and flexibility from a (tile) contractor. As a side note, Mr Paz should in the future partner with (or subcontract) a full-service plumber to make coordination seamless."
