"The plumber that came out, Johnny, was very professional and we felt comfortable with him in our home, during this pandemic. He did the work we needed and explained everything he was doing to us. "Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. I also had them quote a larger job due to this good experience. I found them to be reliable and I’m sure you will too! Thank you, Aqua Doctors! Kind regards, Major J. Johnson (retired)"

"Can’t recommend Tim and Drains high enough. He gave honest opinions and recommendations and did the work efficiently and well. Will use him again for any plumbing work."

"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"Outstanding customer service provided by Sean when I needed a really bad drain backup cleared. He quickly came out to my home IN THE EVENING and took care of clearing my drain as well as the mess that was there from the stinky and gross overflow. When he finished the job he gave me some great tips on how to avoid this from happening again. So happy with his service and the bonus recommendations to keep my drain clean and clear. Highly recommend Legendary... and Sean! He has helped me with my furnace and my AC previously and is a great tech that knows his stuff! He's quick, polite and cleans up everything when done.
