"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. Jim & Rob patiently shared their expertice. High recommend. A great experience."

"Quick response and a great job fixing some plumbing issues."

"Can’t recommend Tim and Drains high enough. He gave honest opinions and recommendations and did the work efficiently and well. Will use him again for any plumbing work."

"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"Ken is the best plumber I ve ever had. He is experienced and professional, and he takes great pride in his work. His rates are reasonable and he works to ensure the best solution in the most cost-effective way, a quality most home owners appreciate. I will definitely hire him again."

"Walter was easy and great to work with. We had a water leak in our first floor ceiling and we had 3 different plumbers come out to diagnose the cause and none of them could figure it out. Walter was the only one able to diagnose the problem. Turns out the pipe supplying cold water to the upstairs shower was leaking in the drywall. Unfortunately that drywall is between a shower and bath tub. So the shower had to be replaced in the process of getting to the leaking pipe. Even when we weren’t certain replacing the shower was the right move, Walter was patient with us and was not pushy. They replaced shower, fixed the leaking pipe and repaired the drywall of the first floor celing. The job was completed in a day and half."

"I just won a beautiful water heater from Legendary Service, and they were amazing. The installation was quick, easy, and clean. The owners came down personally to make sure everything went smoothly. Very nice people and I would definitely go to them for all my plumbing and heating needs!"

"Chad was super nice and understanding. The problem ended being my fault. He made sure the faucet wasn't leaking and advised me on what to do if it does leak. I will definitely be using him for my plumbing needs"
