"LFC did a excellent job remodeling my master bathroom. Tony was very patient during our initial consultation and took detailed notes as I described my vision to him. We turned an outdated bathroom into a beautiful spa-like masterpiece. I surrendered a spacious linen closet in the space to get double sinks. We updated the plumbing, floors and cabinetry; added much needed lighting to brighten up the space and found ways to implement space saving features/fixtures for a more efficient use of square footage - the pocket door was a hit. I initially wanted a barn door- I'm so glad Tony convinced me to go with the pocket door. Tony Heard and his team (Omar, Jose, Douglas and Uncle Merc) are true professionals. I especially appreciated the respect and care they took in planning for the project (pre-construction walkthrough, prepping the worksite, daily clean-up, printed schedules, constant communication- and yes he answers email and phone calls) Not only did we (my husband) enjoy having them in our home, our fur-baby terrier enjoyed the daily belly rubs. You won't be disappointed, we have several other projects waiting for Tony and his team."

"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. "When I called John Krause he was able to come over later that day to give us an estimate. We had purchased new kitchen countertops from Lowe's  and when the contractor came out to check the measurements he told us that the cabinets weren't level enough to support the solid surface countertop we ordered. Another contractor came out and gave us an outrageous bid for leveling the cabinets so we decided to call John Krause. After John quoted us a price he told us he could have his guys come out the next day, which they did! Two of his men came and removed the old countertop, disconnected the plumbing, and leveled the cabinets. It took about 4 hours in all because the cabinets were really out of whack. John's guys leveled everything perfectly and showed me with a level so I could see for myself. The guys did a fantastic job, were polite and well mannered and cleaned up after themselves.
About a week later one of John's guys (Josh) came back and reconnected the plumbing and installed a new faucet we had purchased. It was hard work because the space was so tight and I am sure it must have been challenging but Josh did a great job and we are super happy with the new sink and faucet! The additional charge for this work was $300 and we felt it was very fair since our plumber would have charged almost double. We will be using John again in the near future.

"H was not able to diagnose problem. I’m all fairness, I had already replaced the water pump and the checked that there was no obstruction in the hose from the machine to the drainage pipe. There were problems with credit card transaction. Staff was very courteous and responsive."
