Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. "Aqua was very prompt and responsive when I first put in my inquiry. They were professional both on the phone and in person, and very respectful and amicable. The plumber that came, James, was well vetted and knew his plumbing; he was respectful and nice, and performed the job efficiently and effectively. I would hire them again, the only catch as always is pricing. It seemed a little high for pipe replacements (852 for the sink, minor fixes/tightening on another sink) but they provided an in-home quote beforehand for free, which other companies require payment for (HUGE PLUS). Would hire again."
