"I would recommend this company for any type of plumbing problems"

"A+  highly recommend.
Craig Desrosiers responded quickly to the email I'd sent via Angie's, came out to evaluate/quote next day and scheduled the job 2 days later.  Day-of, they were already there when I arrived, dealt expertly with antiquated wiring, did a great job with humor and cleanliness.  Will definitely use again and have already recommended to other homeowner friends of mine.

"Install quality was ok. Didn't tape all seams and didn't run new wires from heat pump to air exchange. Stripped a screw on the air filter door. Didn't provide enough fall in the drain line. Small things but it is the small things that are the difference between an average company and a great company."

"I hired this company to do something my husband could have done. We needed a professional plumber because the work was done on a house we were selling and the buyers insisted. The plumber was polite, punctual and did a good job on the inspection items. I would use him again."

"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Our home is in Grove City, Ohio. We needed a total bathroom remodel. Everything was changed out and updated. We were impressed from the moment we met Ark. We were skillfully walked through options available. Once on the job, the work was done professionally. We were kept apprised of progress and issues, all of which were expertly resolved. The resulting completed job not only met our expectations, but were exceeded."
