"You will never meet a harder worker with such compassion and honesty. Dan is definitely the man you should call with all your needs. I am absolutely positive whatever he does, he will give you 1000% of himself. I was in such a dilemma and he truly came to my rescue. All I could say is they don t make them like that anymore. "I have a 3 unit building in Hudson Co. that I have managed for almost 30 years. It was necessary to do major renovations years ago to bring the building up to code. Additionally, the building has 2 wall hung boilers that have been successfully repaired and maintained over the years. The boiler on the ground floor sits on the floor in the laundry room. Approximately 23 years ago, the sewer line running from the side of the house to the main failed. It was clay pipe that was deteriorated.
