"I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Jesse communicated clearly when he'd arrive and on his availabilites, and helped resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also gave me additional advice on how to manage my drainage issues in the future, and another toilet problem I had. Good guy to work with, and got the job done. Would hire again."

It was my first time using them but I was really happy with the service. Chris PETRI, who was very pleasant on the phone, called to confirm the appointment and they sent me an email too. They also send you an email, with the picture of the technician who is coming, so you don’t have to worry about letting a stranger in. The technician Jeremy who came to do the work was great, especially given the current pandemic. He came fully protected with mask etc; even wearing shoe coverings which he replaced each time re-entering the house. He replaced the entire spray faucet fixture the same day and unlike other plumbers I’ve had, left the area spotless. I was extremely happy with PETRI Plumbing and would definitely use them again."
