"Brian worked with me via the phone as this is a rental property. He planned a time to come, communicated expected costs with me and went well above fixing the symptom. Brian replaced whole large sections of old and corroded metal pipe with new plastic pipe. He was also able to help me install a new shut off valve for my outside faucet. The work is very clear, he cleaned up everything. I literally have no complaints. The price was fair and I've found my new plumber. I imagine it's possible to find cheaper but Brian is the real deal and real value."
