"I hired SPR to replace the tub and tile in an upstairs bath and to TV my septic line from cleanout to tank at my 24 year old home. In the process of working on my contracted work, my well pump went out during the record breaking cold in Florida. After trouble shooting and replacing the pump, it was determined the septic line needed replacement. Then downstairs toilet died and needed replacement! Then the tank needed pumping ASAP (a different contractor) and finally the drain field now needs jetting (another contractor). Sigh . . .

The experienced technicians and patient staff took this in better stride than myself! In the final end, everything is beautiful and well done and I'm extremely happy. The inal cost was more than original routine quote, but look at the work that had to be added! A great deal!

"The very best HVAC company I've ever dealt with! I haven't tried their plumbing services yet, but I can tell you, they do great HVAC work and every tech is superior. I love it that there is 24/7 service, and I surely tested that on a Sunday, when my AC started acting up and house got hotter every hour. Had to await a part for 5 days (not their fault) and they lent a temporary portable AC unit that got me through the 5 days of August heat in Florida. They also honored a transferred warranty from a company that sold out to them, and I was totally amazed...I loved the friendly techs, and even with COVID stuff, they honored masks in the house if needed, and they are absolutely the best HVAC company I've dealt with in Florida, and even in SC. Their annual maintenance plan is absolutely the best and even includes plumbing if you pay a little extra. I am amazed and truly recommend them. Timely appts, and totally awesome from office people to techs in the field. My poor tech had to work outside during rain and nearby thunderstorms off & on. I kept an eye on him though, and told him to come in anytime at all. I love this company and the work ethics."
