"When my tub drain broke in my bathroom, I called Dixon and Son’s plumbing right away. I bathe my 1 year old in the tub every night so I definitely needed it fixed quickly. Their plumber, Drake, came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get the job done quickly, and even noticed my shower drain had a leak as well, so he fixed that for me before it became a bigger problem. I was extremely satisfied with the work and the new drain on my tub makes the whole bath look newer and cleaner! He definitely did a quality job for a fair price and I will be calling them back for any future plumbing issues I may have!"

"A couple months ago we purchased a shower replacement from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle. Yesterday and today John M. and Joe D. installed our new shower. We have never had better professionals do anything in our house. The installation should have started a day earlier than it did, but the installer assigned to our job was ill. The dispatcher apologized and told me that they would be sending the "A-Team" the next day. That was an understatement (John has over 30 years in the trade) . Joe and John arrived EXACTLY the time they said they would. Before starting they explained exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly, were very friendly and answered all question during the install. At the end of each day the work areas were cleaner than when they arrived. "Fantastic. The majority of work was done in 3 days. Unbelievable!!! The plumbing under the house was a really tight squeeze and it was done to perfection. He had to come back twice for the dishwasher because the door wouldn't close. It turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and had nothing to do with him. Great customer service.
When I bought the house, a plumbing nightmare was discovered. Mismatched pipes under the house  with a heat lamp (surprise!) Of course there was no indication of possible plumbing problems from the prior owner. If we hadn't inspected under the house, we would have had a nightmare in the winter. The shower plumbing sprayed water out the backside into a closet. The washer hook up did not have appropriate venting and the dryer vent went into the floor and under the house through nothing but a tinfoil dryer vent. The barn pipes leaked and one had burst during the period of time the house was empty.
I had 3 bids on this job. One was $10,000 with caveats about possible extra charges. One was $6500 with caveats about extra charges. JM Plumbing said both those bids were too high and he would be more than happy to do it for $6200.
