"When my tub drain broke in my bathroom, I called Dixon and Son’s plumbing right away. I bathe my 1 year old in the tub every night so I definitely needed it fixed quickly. Their plumber, Drake, came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get the job done quickly, and even noticed my shower drain had a leak as well, so he fixed that for me before it became a bigger problem. I was extremely satisfied with the work and the new drain on my tub makes the whole bath look newer and cleaner! He definitely did a quality job for a fair price and I will be calling them back for any future plumbing issues I may have!"

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

He gave me about an hour of his time and expertise for NO Charge - during which he viewed the problems with my mobile home and attached, unpermitted deck (a slow slipping and separating between the home and the deck.) He explained his company's policies and procedures, including the advisement that we'd want to hire an independent structural engineer to perform a thorough analysis of the loads and existing (substandard) bracing and supports, and render an opinion and a "prescription" for Terra Firma to work against as to components required to cure the problems. It all seemed very logical, well-thought-out and professional. It turned out that my wife and I decided the scope of the work required and the time to accomplish it went beyond our time frame to secure a habitable dwelling so we went no farther. But, if our situation had been different, I feel confident we'd very happily hire Terra Firma to handle the entire project."
