"Great. We had a plumbing leak in our bathroom. I called on a Saturday morning and Jacob was at our house at 9:30 sharp. Jacob immediately but down the Mr. Rooter rug and put on his booties before entering our house. He could hear the leak immediately when he walked into our bathroom but it was hard to tell where it was exactly because it was behind our sink, which was enclosed with a lot of custom tile work. He didn't want to cut a lot of holes so he contacted Craig from Precision Utility Locating. Craig came out and found the leak with his equipment and sure enough it was right where he said it was. This was another expense but well worth it. Jacob was able to repair the leak. He had to remove the insulation and drywall etc. but bagged it all up and took it with him in his van. He wiped up our bathroom floor and left my bathroom pretty clean even though I told him not to worry about it that I would clean up. When a plumber is sent to your house from Mr. Rooter they access the situation and give you an estimate which you agree to and sign. It doesn't matter how long they are there to fix the problem. Most plumbers charge by the hour but this estimate didn't change. I'm sure if there had been extra parts he would have given us a new estimate to approve. Jacob was so professional and a wonderful man It was such a pleasure to have him working in our home. Mr. Rooter has Advantage Plans that we took advantage of which saved us on this call and future calls, if needed. While Jacob was waiting for Craig he didn't sit around he proceeded to check the items that were included in the plan. I will never call another plumbing company. Mr. Rooter is now in my contact list and I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you."

"I recently had a major root intrusion issue in my sewer line and after getting multiple estimates, I?m really glad I chose City Plumbing and Rooter AZ. From the start, they stood out as extremely knowledgeable and honest, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Compared to other quotes I received, they made me feel confident that I was truly getting my money?s worth. I ultimately decided to move forward with a full underground pipe replacement, and it was the right call. Their team walked me through the entire process step by step, kept everything well organized, and maintained great communication throughout the job. The work itself was excellent?clean, efficient, and done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend City Plumbing and Rooter AZ to anyone dealing with plumbing issues, especially something as seriou"

"Tub to walk-in shower conversion. Larry was amazing to work with on my very goofy timeline, and William and his helper did a great job on the demo & installation. They took care of our existing property (protected the carpets, etc.) and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Highly recommend and I would hire this company again."

"We had a great experience, Sam and Curtis did a great job installing our new shower."

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"Every representative of Goettl's High Desert Mechanical, Inc. that I made contact with was focused on making this a good experience. The plumbing director was very personable and I felt I could ask him any questions needed about the project. The plumber that worked so hard to do the job was very courteous and seemed to have no problem, explaining things to me. The contact with support staff at the office, relative to billing, made me feel like they appreciated my business."

"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."
