"Plumbing repairs can be a pain. It started with what I thought could be a simple fix, but ended up being a full replacement of all my drain pipes leading to my main drain out to the street. Overall, the repair was expensive, but I felt confident I got what I paid for. The workmanship and professionalism throughout the project was great. The plumbers worked non-stop for almost 10 hours and everything was always to code and it felt like no corners were ever cut to just "finish" the job. Also, the little things like wearing masks and coverings of their shoes for the whole job added to the high-level of polish in their service. I would gladly use Sutherland Plumbing again for any of my professional plumbing needs."

"Replaced the toilet tank plumbing. The technician was here less than 4 hours after my call to them. Service technician was polite, respectful and complete the work in a very short time. I’ll call them again for any plumbing issues. Customer service/dispatch commuted timely and clearly with me at all times."

"There aren't enough superlatives to properly rate this company. My wife and I are Realtors. So we deal with a lot of plumbers, electricians, etc. Axiom is far and away the best in all areas - friendliness, competence, experience, pricing, honesty, promptness - you name it. Our main drain line was clogged. After 3 different plumbers failed to fix the problem, Rob Evans of Axiom PDX found the clog and fixed in less than an hour. Rob saved us thousands of dollars in bogus repairs that had been proposed by the other plumber. Unless I am forced, I will never use or recommend a plumbing services company other than Axiom PDX. You won't be sorry (and you really might be sorry if you run into one of those big company scammers who almost got us)."

"I had Henco help with my new home water conditioner installation(pre-brought from Pentair). The job was done super well and the guys(Nolan and Zack) who came out were very professional and willing to explain all the little details about what I needed to know about the system and the plumbing work. I am glad I hired Henco, and I will definitely go back to them if any plumbing job is needed in the future."

"Only plumber i will hire"

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"David was amazing, professional, and took the time to answer our barrage of questions in a way that was easy to understand. There’s no doubt that he will be the first name I think of if I need any plumbing issues."

"I can tell you that the service and the quality of the work done in our home was beyond exception! John and Kaden showed up on schedule if not slightly before they said they would and prepared the work place with drop cloths to protect our floors from the front door to the bathroom. They communicated everything and asked questions to determine our highest needs. They met the challenges that inevitably come up with precision and worked with my husband to trouble shoot and address them with speed. Their plumber showed up with in half an hour and fixed the problem.Once they had completed the work each of the two days they cleaned up and you could not tell they had even been here except for the beautiful and functional shower that now sits in place of our old tub that was there. Thank you to your company and to John and Kaden for your exceptional product and your skilled work. sincerely Carl and Nadine Tronnes"

"Ryan was fantastic! I tried calling numerous plumbers who either didnâ t pick up, didnâ t call back, or wanted to schedule for a week out. Ryan came out the very next day to fix a burst pipe in my house due to freezing weather. He was able to quickly identify the issue, worked efficiently, and fixed everything so me and my family could have running water again. He also took the time to check all the other pipes and thank goodness he did. We had a second pipe break in the house that he fixed even though that was not part of the initial job. I will be using Ryan for all future plumbing jobs I need, and will refer him to anyone and everyone who asks. Would give more than five stars if I could!"
