"Great. He had to come back because of lack of understanding on where to put the pipe. He also installed a new water heater. Successful. Very kind and able, friendly man who worked diligently."

"Hank provided me with exceptional service! Even though this work was after normal business hours, he contacted the plumbing supplier and worked with them to re-open their warehouse to obtain the necessary water heater. Hank finished the job that night and verified that everything was in working order. I am very pleased with the quality and customer service Hank provided. Hank even helped me move a large storage cabinet back into place after the work was completed. Customer service going above and beyond expectations!!!"

"We had Arty out previously to our home to repair some leaking vanity faucets that had been installed by another plumbing company, which he fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost.  Two days before we were to have the final walk-through in a home we were selling we found out that our washer could not be moved because of stripped valve connections.  My husband contacted Arty by phone who advised us what to do to correct the problem.  When that failed, he called him back and I'm sure Arty gave at least another 20 minutes of his time discussing the problem with my husband.  It was decided that he needed to come out, which he did on a Saturday afternoon, and repaired the problem after making a trip to Home Depot to get the correct parts.  Our washer was moved without incident, and the walk-through went great the next day.
For the second time, Arty did a great job for us, along with a great attitude and professionalism.  I hope we don't need a plumber in our new home, but if we do, we know who to call.

FAQs for plumbing projects in Nolensville, TN

Schedule a plumbing inspection every one to two years to ensure your system is in good working order. Regular inspections can help you catch minor issues before they become costly problems, like major water damage repairs. You should also consider a plumbing inspection when buying or selling a home or if you notice signs of a plumbing issue. Staying proactive with maintenance can save you money and stress in the long run.

A plumbing inspection for a standard one-story to two-story home takes between two and three hours. For larger residences, historic homes, or rental complexes, a complete inspection requires a full-day commitment of eight hours. However, this does not account for any necessary repairs that your plumber might find, so it’s best to set aside additional time during the inspection in case an unexpected repair comes up.

When built with quality materials, your plumbing system endures for decades. CPVC, brass, iron, and steel provide reliable service for 50 to 70 years, while copper extends durability up to 100 years, and PEX maintains performance for 80 to 100 years. Maintaining this system with regular inspections and prompt repairs guarantees long-term efficiency.

You should repipe your home when your plumbing exceeds its expected lifespan or uses hazardous materials like lead, polybutylene, or galvanized steel. Persistent leaks, corrosion, and compromised water quality signal that your existing piping no longer meets safety standards. Repiping eliminates potential health risks and prevents extensive water damage.
