He gave a very reasonable quote for septic pumping. Even though the job ended up involving more than originally thought, he only asked for a small increase to cover the additional dumping fee he had to pay out of pocket. I was more than happy to pay it and even chose to pay him a little extra because he was so generous and prompt. He also shared useful information/tips.
