"We needed our bathroom shower replaced it was 25 years old. We looked at all retail stores who offered the same solution but it would require the work to be done by ourselves. 65 years old we are unable to. It was done beautiful than we could ever imagine. Thank you for fabulous customer service and a beautiful product.. My brother Richard Kaylor recommended you. They also were very please"

"I purchased a house and the first time it rained, I found I had a river running through my basement. After reviewing a few companies, I decided on FRS. The crew that completed the work, Gary Duvall-Joe Putnam-Davaughn Williams, arrived on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. They were courteous, professional, and took the time to go over the system that was being installed. I couldn't have asked for a better crew for this job. They kept the area free of debris and left it looking cleaner then it was before they arrived. The end result looks better than I expected it to and I will ask to have them sent back for any other project that may arise in the future. I would recommend them, without a doubt, to everyone."

"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. I am very impressed and will use this service again as needed."

"Great. They were there first thing in the morning, explained everything they did and answered all of our questions. Diagnosed the cause of the problem which another plumber could not do. Have had no problems since.

"The team showed up, and completed what they needed to in a short amount of time. Also offered a few suggestions for things that the plumber was not able to complete but noticed where wrong. 10/10 would use again!"

"I really didn't think that someone could come in and tear out our old bathroom and put an entire new bathtub with all new plumbing fixtures. But they made it happen. Great quality and very nice people to work with."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
