He was informative and showed me on his scope how serious the issue was (roots blocking pipes) and also showed me his work every step of the way. He made future recommendations due to my budget constraints. (He also practiced social distancing when we were both out and wore a mask whenever there was verbal contact.) "Bill is prompt, shows up when he says he will and can be flexible to your schedule. He does great and exacting work. It seems like Bill can literally do anything and is very knowledgable. The first thing we had Bill do is create custom cabinets in both our hallway and our living room. He's quote came in literally 1/2 of any other quote, and he did the work in the time he promised. We were so impressed that we had him fix a bunch of other things around the house that I had done originally. Basically, he fixed a bunch of my mistakes. I also had him frame one of our bathrooms and also install a stove vent. 
I also liked that he does not take short cuts. For example, even though I know he can do basic electical and plumbing, he requires subs for that, no matter the size of the project. All in all, I am very pleased with the work Bill does. And the best recommendations is that I will continue to use Bill in the future. He's a machine. A good, honest and reliable contractor is hard to find, and I found one in Bill.

"After living in this house for 38 years ( original owner), I was surrounded with trees. All trees are gone and I'm now at the bottom of a hill the builder made for new houses. Have 2 sump pumps with never having water in a finished basement, now when it rains we get water. Call Ed, he came right out and we signed a contract with an open installation date. After last storm Ed put us on priority list, crew come in and jackhammer around the basement and installed a French drain and added a 3rd pump. Job was finished in 2 days, all trash and cleaning done. Wendel came by to check on the work, we are waiting for a couple of finishing items ( pump cover and outside drain pipe finish ). These 2 guys were amazing with the amount of cement that had to be taken out, the stone carried in 5 gallon buckets, the mixing of cement to repair the floor. We gave them lunch and whatever they needed for drinks. I see a few bad reviews on this company but I would say it's the customer looking for too much perfection. This company is great with their prices, warranty, and their very hard working employees, Ed always responded when calling with questions or concerns."

I especially love my overhead shower head and the sliding glass Barn Doors. They make my tiny bathroom seem a bit larger. Their crews did efficient work and were experienced craftsmen .
