Jose called me immediately and his partner Alex and crew were here within half an hour. They did a thorough job diagnosing our issue and provided the most reasonable and fair bid we've seen. "I recently had a gas leak scare and called L.A. Plumbing pros. He was fantastic! The plumber who came out his name was Victor he was professional, communicative, and very efficient. He was able to quickly locate the source of the gas leak and explained everything clearly throughout the process. "I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."
