"With more than a dozen guests for the weekend, we stared in horror as the toilet gurgled, water rose in the bowl, and...it was horrible. We called Saturday morning and had a tech on site in hours. A huge amount of grease had clogged the outflow and the tank was filled to the brim requiring an immediate pump out. In the process, a baffle was found to have been crushed by a previous unnamed pumpout business. Our tech gave a clear and concise quote on what needed to be done and what could be delayed until after our guests were gone. Within hours we were happily flushing! "I needed to replace an old, non-functional water softener so I put out a bid for offers. It was before 8AM, so I did not expect any businesses to be open yet, but within five minutes, Edgar called and I told him I was looking for bids. Edgar got here exactly when he said he would . After just a few minutes, I was impressed enough that I hired him right then. I MAY have gotten a better bid, or maybe not, but I was much impressed by Edgar's professionalism and courtesy.
