"We originally had another plumbing company snake our downstairs plumbing as the toilet was backing up.. They reported a possible break in the sewage line because they were pulling up dirt. After discussing the situation with my wife, we started looking for companies that did sewage pipe repair/replacement to get quotes. When I called Brisonâ s, they recommended that they come out and do their own inspection with a high definition camera so that they could see the break themselves and then make recommendations. Jai and Chris came out (very prompt) and did the inspection with me at their side. All three of us looked and the camera and Jai and Chris explained everything that we saw. The good news was that there was no break. They tested the line and saw the water was flowing great! They were open and honest with us and said that most likely what the previous plumbers pulled up was rust and scaling. We are so happy we went this route rather than go with the original plumbers recommendation of replacing the line. Thank you, Brisonâ s!!"
