"We had a great experience with Rock Solid Drains. Coltin and Clavey were both exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I don't want to have to call a plumber again, but if I do, I know it will be Rock Solid Drains."

"We are incredibly grateful to Pedro Galvan and his team for stepping in during a moment of urgent need. When our hot water system suddenly failed, leaving us without hot water for daily essentials, Pedro responded with a level of professionalism, clarity, and compassion that is truly rare. From the very first call, Pedro was attentive, transparent about pricing, and committed to solving the problem quickly. He provided us with the most cost-effective and honest quote out of several we obtained—and, even more importantly, was able to come almost immediately when others could not. His workmanship was precise, efficient, and tidy. It was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft. In a world where so many service professionals overpromise and underdeliver, Pedro Galvan delivers exactly what he promises—and does so with warmth, integrity, and a deep respect for his clients. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing plumbing services."

"The plumber gave us a quote the same day and installed it the next day."

"Andy was here when he said he would be. He explained everything in advance and did a beautiful job. We will definitely call Family 1st Service Plumbing if we have any Plumbing need."

Your plumbing problem becomes our problem to solve.\n\nThat’s not just a tagline, it’s how we operate. We’re not a call center routing you to whoever’s available. We’re a local company built by plumbers who got tired of watching customers get treated like transactions instead of people.

"I would highly recommend Ray’s Rescue Plumbing. He was very clean, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We had several issues ranging from leaks, repairs and installing a tankless water heater. Ray’s prices were competitive and he actually saved us a few thousand dollars from a previous bid from a ‘not so honest’ plumber."

"Had an issue with a broken pull out shower handle. After assessing the issue, the plumber could not replace the old style pull out without risking damage to the pipes. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."
