"I have a 3 unit building in Hudson Co. that I have managed for almost 30 years. It was necessary to do major renovations years ago to bring the building up to code. Additionally, the building has 2 wall hung boilers that have been successfully repaired and maintained over the years. The boiler on the ground floor sits on the floor in the laundry room. Approximately 23 years ago, the sewer line running from the side of the house to the main failed. It was clay pipe that was deteriorated. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems.
