"Within minutes of requesting service through Angi, we received a call from Aaron with Drip Drop Plumbing. It was late in the afternoon but he said he’d come right over to give us an estimate. He arrived and took a look at our problem toilet. He was very knowledgeable and professional explaining everything he found. He agreed to complete the job that evening, even though it was quite late. When he removed the toilet there were two additional issues. He completed the entire job and finished at 9:00pm. We were very impressed with his work and his work ethic! Most plumbers would have just returned the next day. We felt the fee was quite fair for the job done and parts supplied. He cleaned up and our bathroom was back to normal! We would definitely recommend Aaron from Drip Drop Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs."

"My overall experience with Basement Gurus is amazing from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and thorough. Price is the best among the three companies I quoted. Dan Kelly (owner) is personable. He doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. Also, a shout out to Carlos (head crew) and his crew. He was very attentive to detail. Left the work area clean after each day. (They were there for a total of 3 days). I had french drains installed in 2 areas of my basement, and 3 underground sump pumps and 1 above. They were also there to seal the outside of my home where water was coming into the basement. Carlos sealed off all the areas and prepped them where he needed to work. What can I say? I am a very satisfied customer. Oh, did I mention the lifetime warranty on the french drains. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for basement waterproofing services!!!!!! "Kevin and crew at Drytrech Waterproofing did an amazing job waterproofing my basement. The company is very professionally run and has great customer service. They laid the french drain, installed window wells, and also installed steel pins in one wall which was buckling a little due to water pressure. We needed to get Building and Plumbing permits which delayed the project a little but Jay and Crystal were able to get the permits and also work with the inspectors to close the permits. I would recommend this company to anyone for their professionalism and workmanship."

"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."
