That was greatly appreciated as my income is Social Security and I couldn't afford the cost the big Box store install plumber quoted me for this job. Mike Sr and his helper did an excellent job of installing the new Water Heater and at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again if future plumbing work is needed."

"My professional service person was Kenneth Thompson. He was professional in evey way and took the time to explain the problem and the part replacement. Mini split units when they work are the best. This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right. They ordered the part kept me informed by the week as to the status and quickly scheduled an appointment when the part arrived. Fast, courteous and professional service. It was woth every dollar."
