"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
