"Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."

"Everyone wants and hopes that their renovation goes smoothly. Reality shows that isn't always the case. We have hired Bumble Bee plumbing to help with remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything went well until the final bathroom. We had a leak with the shower valve that we couldn't get to stop. Mike and his team came out several times, worked with the manufacturer of the valve to get and replace several parts before it was determined that we needed a new valve installed. This meant tearing out some of the tile and cutting a hole in the wall. Nobody want to hear the news that their newly tiled shower needs to have a hole cut into it. The Bumble Bee team was there for us every step of the way. They worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure that the shower was perfect, and that we were satisfied with their service.
