"very well. Glenn called me within minutes of my online request and he was very helpful and honest. He did not think I needed a plumber for the type of job I need. Nonetheless, he even made himself available to help by facetime. Great experience and I will contact him in the future if I need any plumbing services"

"I use Counsil for the quality of their work and trust them to do it to highest city inspection standards. I had to do two replacement sewer lines. Counsil plumbing did the digging, plumbing and cement work with same people; the other contractor did plumbing, subcontracted sleeving sewer line and subcontracted concrete work. Counsil left the house as he found it. The other contractor left trash, rebar and wood and never came back. Counsil used a price master and a detailed contract, the other contractor gave me verbal price which became opaque. I use Counsil when i need quality work that meets inspection specifications and am willing to pay for it."

"It was a tough removal due to age of the old heater. The plumber kept at it and finally with a Herculean effort, lifted the old heater off it's pedastle despite the fact that it still has about 1/3 full. I was amazed. Great job!"

"Bay Area Pro Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our water main line. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the work on time, and left everything clean when the job was done. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and we immediately noticed better water pressure throughout the property. It?s hard to find honest and reliable plumbers these days, but these guys truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Bay Area Pro Plumbing for any water main or plumbing work!"

"Our plumber, Mike, did a great job on installing a new toilet and a new garbage disposal. He also cut up the box for the toilet we had bought and cleaned up after himself. He also gave clear answers to my plumbing questions and was very pleasant."

"Initially, there were hard to get in touch with. But once the job was scheduled, they were prompt and efficient. I was impressed with their work ethic. They were perfectly willing (and even enthusiastic) to start another item on the list at 4 PM on a Friday. Eric did most of the miscellaneous jobs but I deferred to the master plumber (Saul) for one item. All in all, it was a very positive experience."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
