"I had two systems to replace. they sent out two crews to work them in parallel. The first thing they did was put down tarps inside the house, even on the stairway. It was a rainy day, but they did not make any mess inside the house. They left the furnace room cleaner then they found it when done. The outdoor units were leveled very nicely. They did a nice job of taking out the old units and putting in the new. They did a great job of taping everything to seal in the air flow. The work crew were all very nice, willing to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was slowing them down. They treated me like a customer that they wanted to keep happy. They have a great guarantees that show they stand behind their work. I believe the price that I got was competitive. Not the lowest,, but close, and they just made me feel more comfortable with the likely hood that they will be around another 20 years t service these systems, and they had the better warrantees and labor deals. One thing they do is to put all the units into pans and attach water sensors which will cut off the units if they overflow for some reason. Since the old units had a couple issues like that, I really liked that extra touch for even the basement one (the attic unit is required to have the pan.) They also have the nice drains which have the cutoff if the drains clog up. They were done in about 6 hours, including cleanup. And wow, are these new carrier units substantially quieter than the old TRANE ones. Since they are close to the master bedroom window, that is important. Wish I had changed them sooner. Wish I could add some pictures."

"Having just bought our home, we wanted to have the heating system assessed before winter hit. Entrepreneur Brian Lewis is a wonderful, exacting professional. As promised, he followed-up after the job was "completed" by another, Company A, to see if it had been satisfactory. It was not. Not by a longshot. So I decided to try Lewis' HVAC service and set a date. Prior to their arrival, Brian Lewis called to inform me of the workers' names. Upon arrival, Kevin & Marco considerately introduced themselves, took off their shoes, were careful not to let our pet slip out the door. Importantly Kevin explained the process. Kevin and Marco did a thorough inspection, really dug into the works (unlike Company A) and answered my questions. Kevin pointed out the age of the heating unit (which I knew) as well writing down for me the names of the parts replaced in the last two years. As an example of Lewis' thoroughness, the guys checked for oily fluid residue indicative of a leaking gasket. They said the heating unit is in good shape. They did not try to sell a service contract at all; oft seen in the industry. They didn't try to sell me anything else. They didn't leave until they were sure I was satisfied. Also, Brian called afterward to check if I was satisfied. Yes! Indeed I am. It seems that Lewis Co handles many types of jobs. As a result of this process, I told Brian I intend to call them back for various upcoming projects such as adding outlets, TV mounting, mounting sconces, plumbing updates. I do recommend Brian Lewis' company! It was a really good experience. Company A, not on Home Advisor, pushed to sell their service contract which would entitle me to a spring check on the HVAC as well. They spent less than 10 minutes but they did put in our new replacement filter. Company A said they "sanded a wire for appearance and to somewhat extend its life." They said I could use a new part for $119 as it was faltering and could fail at anytime. Company A showed me the interior, with a flashlight. For instance, they pointed out a 4" x 4" metal piece, told me not to touch it which I already had said "What? This piece?" They reacted as this is an important "capacitor." P.S. That was not a capacitor."

"I would recommend Conde Tech Services to anyone in need of HVAC service, installation, and/or repair. We had an issue with our condenser tripping its fuse when running for more than a few minutes. Another HVAC company hired by our home warranty company claimed the repair would require either replacing a part, which would take weeks to deliver and install, or replacing the condenser itself, which could be accomplished faster, but would be very costly. Matthew from Conde Tech saved us weeks of aggregation or thousands of dollars when, during his inspection, he found the previous tech had misdiagnosed the issue. The fuse, not the condenser, was the problem. Matthew fixed the fuse and serviced the condenser for half the price that the previous HVAC tech quoted us for repairing the incorrect issue with the condenser (which not only wouldn’t have solved the problem, but, worse, would have left us with a continuing fire hazard). My wife and I are not only extremely satisfied with Conde Tech, we are grateful to Matthew personally for resolving an issue that put our house and safety at risk. We will be using Conde for all of our HVAC needs moving forward."

"The job consisted of troubleshooting an existing electrical reset problem with a GFCI panel installed for a Hot tub. The electrical work passed all areas of inspection except the reset button on the GFCI not working and 3 strict county inspectors had inspected every aspect of the job but it failed on this 1 issue. The electricity worked going to the SPA but every time the reset or cutoff button was pushed, the circuit GFCI would burn out thus rendering it inoperable. The gentleman from Your Home Service & Repair Company, Inc located the source of the problem (electricity was coming in on the load side rather than the line) in about an hour and quickly fixed it the following appointment while making a safety modification as well for what I considered a reasonable price. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable."

"Although Angi said they could get someone out to fix my clogged drain by the next day, HSDoc came out an hour after they called me that very day. Very professional in look and manner. They checked the pipes from the kitchen sink to where it led to in the basement, and gave me a detailed explanation of the problems they saw, and the options I could choose from for various "levels" of solution. When I chose the basic service ($99 instead of the Angi "fixed price" of $3-something (I forget)), that was fine by them, and they snaked the drain, and followed up with a drain "colonoscopy" to see what the camera saw all the way down. Their $9.99/month "club" is tempting, and at least I have the info if I need a more aggressive maintenance on that kitchen sink. Mike was very clear and informative, and Victor was attentive to his teaching, as he learns the trade. I'm satisfied, and would hire them again."
