"This company was very professional. Once they arrived the installation went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the result. We love the system that Don recommended. It did not disappoint. This company was available and truly helpful with any questions we had about our new system. The maintenance service they provide is on time and very efficient. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
