"I am PSYCHED!!! I just had one of the greatest interactions with a repair company and I HAVE to share. Our A/C went down yesterday and we called Tech Air, based on a recommendation from some friends. Reuben came out yesterday, told us exactly what was wrong and the one part needed to fix our A/C. This is in contrast to 2 other companies that have recently looked at our 15 year old system and told us we need a new HVAC unit. We had 2 companies recommended by another Home company in 2019 (1st was unlicensed, and didn't stay til job was finished; 2nd did so-so job to upgrade some of what wasn't done by #1). Robert (Lobo plumbing AND irrigation) came out in a day (we had a split line that needed to be fixed asap); walked with us thru what we thot was needed. He started immediately and pointed out a number of things that had not been done correctly and fixed everything. Didn't charge an arm and a leg and was very personable.
