"I have HomeServe insurance for Hot Water Heater. They chose Bowers Plumbing. I was impressed from the first call. A friendly lady that set the appointment asked me a lot of details about the problem and decided a Master Plumber was the best choice. I was sent a picture and a brief info about the man coming to do the job before he came. Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber."

"The issue was pilot light would not stay on in the water heater. Not an emergency. Called 2 other plumbers besides Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin Franklin said they had a plumber in my area who could be out to me in 15 minutes. They were right on the money. Within 15 minutes of arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it in no time. Josh the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt he was being honest. My Thermocouple was out and within an hour he had it fixed. The only downside was pricing. The job cost $197. After consulting with another plumber I got a quote of $150. Despite this My overall experience was great and I would use them again!"

"This company is commendable.  Gary came numerous times with samples and ideas.  He gave me ideas for solving a basement leak problem that isn't even work they do.  He was always easy to contact and, when we decided on a product, he scheduled the work in a timely manner and the team that installed were considerate and professional.  Gary is a gem.  He clearly had our interests in mind, helped us through some decisions and coordinated his work with other providers we were using.  If I have other work, I will definitely use Mid American Exteriors.

"We had used this complany in the past for replacing our siding and windows and was thrilled. So we knew to use their services for the roof and gutter replacement. As in the past, Daryn was always punctual w/ the bidding process and getting everything processed w/ the insurance company. It took approx 3wks for the team to arrive but they arrived when they said they would. Did what they said they would. The job was done well as far as we can tell (I'm not getting up there to inspect!) but they could have done a better job cleaning up (of course it could've been a lot worse too!). They're good people.

James kept us in the loop from the time he entered our property and continued throughout the 2 days they were here to do the job! Easy to talk to and well informed on all the work they did. The foundation of our garage had moved and we had noticed cracks which is why we called Groundwork’s to begin with. Clint was our first contact, he did a detailed inspection of our homes foundation. Gave us a quote and we could decide what to tackle and what we did not need to address. He did not pressure us which we appreciated. We signed a contract and they kept to that contract even when the job ended up taking more hand digging then originally thought. We were very pleased with the teams work ethic and communication."
