The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. Jaime was also kind enough to tell me that his company makes sure to be on the appointed time or if not, that their customers are reasonably informed of any delay. His company would have been my first choice since he told me he tried contacting me 3 times and did not get any call back from me. It must have been the day or days when I was having problems with the phone service.
