"I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom! Aleksey was honest and fair with the bid, and Alex did an absolutely superb job re-tiling! I contacted several contractors before meeting Aleksey. The first one two nearly a month to get back to me after looking over the job-needless to say I didn't hire him. Another had me send pictures of the job, which I did-I never heard back from him. These days a lot of contractors want to sell you a "package" that includes new fixtures, which some of us don't need. It was very refreshing to work with North Point Services, who did only the work needed, and did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. Aleksey and Alex were very conscientious, taking care of the little things that made my entire experience easier. Thank you North Point Services!!"
