Kody ensured the faucet had perfect clean silicon caulking around it and even took the time to clean up when he was finished working! I will be sure to hire glass plumbing again when itâ s time to renovate the bathroom!!"

"The only ding I have is that when we made the appointment we were told they could replace an undermount bathroom sink. As it turns out they don't do that and apparently not many do. They suggested we reach out to granite companies as that is the type of counter we have. Otherwise, the service was great. They serviced out Noritz tankless water heater, replaced a kitchen faucet that we supplied, replaced parts in a toilet that was self flushing, replaced cartridges in two sinks that had slow drips. I would highly recommend this company."

They finished all the construction and installation by 5:30 the same day. They were very professional. They put down protection cloths on all floors where they walked. "Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! Weâ ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement. Every time Iâ ve had John or Richard come out, theyâ ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know theyâ re delayed). Theyâ ve always been very professional and courteous. Iâ ve never had to remind them to clean anything up, theyâ ve already cleaned up and put things back where they were.
