"Well the technician got there in the allotted time frame, called 30 minutes before he came to let me know he was on his way, very promp, professional service Tech, I told him I wasn't interested in any high pressure sales for a new unit, just wanted it fixed.  Byron was excellent.  He understood my apprehension and assured me Hufts is not all about the sale, its the service.  I was very impressed as being a first time home owner I was expecting the worse and had my game face on.  But to my surprise no pressure at all,  I know in the future I will need a new unit and I will definitely contact Hufts for my purchase and install,  will highly recommend as they were to me.   Great experience!!!!  Thank You Angie's List!!:)
