As he began taking down my old tile, he saw that my shower basin was a bit old and would be difficult to clean and prep for the new tile. After coming home and seeing it myself, I agreed. He took care of it without my having to do anything on my end and the plumber was reasonably priced, so I had a new basin installed. After that, Dean continued with the tiling. It looks fabulous.
