The sump pump has been placed and a portion of the pipe has been completed, waiting on the concrete before the job can be finished. Jason has also taken care of other plumbing issues at the house, and was kind enough to let me know that he found a main beam running under a cast iron tub had been cut to accommodate plumbing (previous job by a South Pasadena, CA company), which could be dangerous.
